The room was modern, had many amenities, and was very comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. My son was trying to hook up his Nintendo 64 and we could not find the option to switch to hdmi. My son called the front desk and asked if ithere was a way to switch and he came up to help us twice. He was very helpful. We were grateful.

We loved our room ! The staff was super nice at check in and checking out ! The only thing we didn’t really enjoy was the breakfast. It was served from 7am to 10am , we got down there at 8:30 and there wasn’t anything really left . No yogurt / individual cartons of milk / no pancakes .

The included breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. My room was clean and large. Close to Indiana Dunes West Beach.

Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. TV channels were good.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The ac worked very well. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

Clean and comfortable for a couple of nights recovery from long road trip before flying out of Chicago. The pool was an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent.

everyone at the Holiday inn in Portage, Indiana was extremely helpful. kind and very nice and always smiling and easy to help Will come back again!! 😁
